Serenity was founded as a retail store, in Bandra, by Amrit Borkakoty. It carries beautiful handmade home decor products.It has become known as a fun brand of lifestyle products, full of colour and whimsy. The uniquely quirky, quality products fly off the shelves as they are attractive and yet affordable.

Having successfully run a brick and mortar store for 5 years, Amrit wanted to expand Serenity and make its products available across India and also globally. In November 2016, serenityonline.in was launched when her husband, Indraneil Borkakoty, decided to quit a successful 20 year career as an Investment Banker, to join her business and take it forward.

Amrit grew up in the hills of Himachal Pradesh. A love of nature and a keen eye for beauty and colour were nurtured in her by her artist father. At Serenity, you will find her creations, which are inspired by nature and honed by her fine sensibility.

Here, we do not believe in following passing trends. Your home is an extention of you and it must be as unique as you. Serenity has gradually grown into a brand that styles homes that are individualistic, comfortable and beautiful, without being pretentious and standardised.
